All Calypso Cay Members (RCI & II)
ALL RCI and Interval International Calypso Cay Members can now use the Online Reservations Portal by clicking the button below. Please note that you will need to register with the new portal in order to utilize this service so if you have not yet done so please click thru to the reservation portal page and click the REGISTER link. Ownership at Calypso Cay Vacation Villas provides members with a tremendous variety of use options for their future vacations. The innovative Club system allows vacationing in different size accommodations during any season and for varying lengths of time. Club Counselors will coordinate all reservation and exchange activities at the home resort, within the Club, or through the exchange network operated by RCI.
In order to facilitate this tremendous flexibility a series of reservation windows and symbolic point values representing trading power have been assigned to each week and unit type at Calypso Cay Vacation Villas. These points are used to reserve future accommodations within the parameters of the various reservations windows.
Each member has a Reservation Year that corresponds to the 12-month period before the commencement of their week of ownership. A vacation can be taken during this year or extended beyond it through the applicable Use Periods. This reservation system allows Club members to have the best of both worlds – the certainty of confirming their assigned week of ownership or flexible access to Club inventory during other periods of time.

Calypso Cay Owners Rental Program
Do You Know About Our Rental Program?? We get many questions about the rental programs so here is some information that should help clear things up and make sure you are aware of all the available options to best take advantage of your ownership.
While Calypso Cay does offer a rental program for owners who are unable to use their assigned week, there are some important things to consider before signing up. Our number one priority is the happiness of our owners. We want to make sure you are fully informed before making any decisions about your valuable vacation time!
First, you must place your rental request at least 90 days prior to your assigned check in date but no earlier than 1 year in advance of check in. Based on the dates of your week, units will be rented in order by the date your rental agreement is received, so late entries to the rental pool may be less likely to be rented.
Second, while all units are placed into the rental pool in 7 night increments there is no guarantee that your entire week will be rented. Should we receive a rental request for a shorter stay, whose dates fall within your assigned week, only that portion of your week may be rented. This would be at a cost lower than that of the entire week. You only receive payment based upon the cost of the actual number of days rented, minus any agent commission.
Third, there is no guarantee your unit will rent. It is the owner’s responsibility to contact Calypso Cay to find out whether or not their unit has been rented. It is suggested that you contact us no less than 31 days to your unit’s assigned check in to confirm the status of your unit. If it has been rented, you should again contact us during your assigned week to ensure the rental is still active.
Lastly, you have several options other than the resort rental program should you not be able to use your assigned time. You can save your credits to next year; allowing you to take a longer vacation or to book a larger, or multiple, unit(s). Some owners have chosen to use their expiring or unused credits as wedding gifts, anniversary or birthday presents, or rented directly to friends that are traveling to Orlando. You can also exchange your time, via RCI, for a completely different location and experience!

Hidden Treasures Owner Referral Program
If you are an Owner here at Calypso Cay, we are sure you will be telling all of your friends and family about your great resort. A program has been developed to reward our Owners for referring their resort to prospective new owners called the Hidden Treasures Owner Referral program. Here’s how it works:
Earn Calypso Cay Dollars
Our reward system is based on Calypso Cay Dollars. Calypso Cay dollars are credits issued to your owner account, and these credits can be used for a variety of things, like paying maintenance and taxes, upgrades and other Club fees, for general use at the pool bar or even as a down payment on another unit here at Calypso!
How Are Calypso Cay Dollars Earned?
Simply email us at email@example.com or call us at 1 (800) 272-4155 or 1 (407) 997-1741 with the names and phone numbers of people you know who might like to come down and visit our resort. We’ll contact them on your behalf, and invite them to stay with us on a great vacation. Because they were referred by you, this vacation can be purchased at a greatly discounted rate. While on their vacation, they will take a promotional sales presentation, much like the one you took yourselves, where they will be shown how they too can become an Owner at Calypso Cay.
Earn Calypso Dollars For Each Referral that takes a tour of our resort
For every qualified* referral who comes down and takes a promotional sales tour with us, you will be awarded 50 Calypso Cay Dollars. These Calypso Dollars are yours to use, just for getting your friends and family to come and take a look around!

AS MANY OF YOU ALREADY KNOW – Effective February 1, 2017 EQUIANT FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC. was hired in place of Concord Servicing, Inc. to service all related monthly member mortgage note payments as well as billing and collecting Annual HOA Assessments. All members making monthly mortgage payments may receive an interest rate reduction by setting up their payment on automatic monthly credit, debit, or bank ACH.

Effective August 1, 2015 Calypso Cay Vacation Villas and the Calypso Vacation Club (“CCVV Club”) will be affiliated with RCI. All new CCVV Club members will be enrolled as Weeks Members with RCI. Upon the anniversary date of their sales contract all existing CCVV Club members are free to choose to maintain their Interval International (II) membership directly with II. If a member does not wish to maintain their II membership that member will become a Weeks Member with RCI on the anniversary date of their sales contract.
CCVV Club members do not need to determine their membership status because the Reservation Representatives have all your contract / membership information. If you have any questions, please call the Reservation Department at

QUESTION: Is the CCVV Club still associated with Interval International (II)?
ANSWER: Yes, but as of August 1, 2015, all new members of CCVV Club will be Weeks Members with RCI. Existing members of CCVV Club, that are still II members, may choose to maintain their II membership directly with II.
QUESTION: What’s the difference between RCI, II and the other exchange companies and why did Calypso Cay affiliate with RCI?
ANSWER: The exchange organizations are critical to our clubs success and the ability to trade your week for other great destinations is very important. We made the decision to affiliate with RCI due to the outstanding quality and number of resorts they offer our members. Bigger is better in this case! If you have not switched to RCI yet, you’ll be pleasantly surprised; along with great service, they offer double the number of locations as our previous provider. With over 4000 resorts in over 100 countries worldwide, they confirm millions of trades every year. If you have not already switched and you’d like to switch from II to RCI, let us know.
QUESTION: Do Interval Gold Members have to stay with II?
ANSWER: No, these members, as all II members, may decide to maintain their II membership when their GOLD membership expires or switch to RCI.
QUESTION: I’m still a member of II, how do I deposit time with them?
ANSWER: Simply call our reservations line and let the agent assign a unit for you. Once you have it assigned you can call II and deposit. However, you might want to first let the reservation agent know where you want to go and see if they can help you immediately; they have the ability to search RCI inventory live.
QUESTION: Is there a separate number to call RCI?
ANSWER: There is, but you don’t need to change anything regarding contacting your Reservation Representative to plan your vacation. The toll free number for domestic members is the same, 1-866-765-4282, and for International callers, please call 317-805-9083.
QUESTION: I am already an RCI member with another resort, may I combine my accounts?
ANSWER: Unfortunately, not at this time. Due to specific benefits to CCVV Club members, when you becomes a RCI Weeks Member your Calypso Cay internal usage will have different rules than standard RCI membership that may cause a conflict for combining differing resorts. Members can inquire about the specific on dual membership questions and issues by calling the Club Reservation Department at 1-866-765-4282 or 317-805-9083.
QUESTION: If I become an RCI member can I book online with RCI?
ANSWER: ALL RCI and Interval International Calypso Cay Members can now use the Online Reservations Portal by clicking the ONLINE RESERVATIONS button located on the Reservations tab. Please note that you will need to register with the new portal in order to utilize this service so if you have not yet done so please click thru to the reservation portal page and click the REGISTER link. Interval International Calypso Cay Members in addition can also use the “Request a Vacation” button to submit a Reservation Request Inquiry as well. QUESTION: Is it better to call or go online to book reservations?
ANSWER: Online booking gives you 24 hours a day access and ability to confirm. If you are booking to come back to Calypso or to travel the globe, online search is always ready for you! As well, if you are trading to go somewhere else, keep in mind you can search for your dream vacation without first giving up your Calypso week of ownership. As well, with RCI you can save credits to another use year, rent additional credits to complete a transaction, book multiple week exchanges per credit allotment (sometimes getting 2 weeks for your one week!) and more. RCI members also have unlimited extra vacations and nightly rentals for you, your friends and family!
QUESTION: Are there any other changes?
ANSWER: Yes, CCVV Club has amended the Reservation Rules and Regulations for all members; Cancellation fees have been terminated; Split Week check-ins, coming back to Calypso Cay, can be any day of the week as long as the stay is at least 3 nights. If you have become an RCI Points member you have additional flexibility and split check-ins can also be done per day (1 night stays) internally, coming back to Calypso Cay.
QUESTION: If I become an RCI Weeks Member will I receive an RCI Directory?
ANSWER: No, in an effort to “go green” the directory is available online at www.rci.com/printdirectory or if you would like a print directory, call 1-866-765-4282 or 317-805-9083 and they will send you one for a small fee.

QUESTION: How does the rental program work?
ANSWER: We have added an entire section (see the RENTAL PROGRAM tab above) to help owners understand and better utilize the rental program and also understand how to get the most out of your ownership. Be sure to visit the new page for info and a link to the rental form.
QUESTION: Are pets allowed?
ANSWER: No. Per HOA rules, as voted on by our owners, no pets are allowed in any units. Per federal law, only service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are allowed. ADA pets must adhere to all federal guidelines.
